I offer steady, compassionate support for women navigating these in-between moments - helping you slow down, listen more closely, and find clarity about what comes next.

How I support women through times of change

Life doesn’t ask for permission before it changes. Sometimes the shift is gentle and gradual. Other times it shakes the ground beneath your feet and leaves you unsure how to move forward.

Women come to this work at many different points in their lives. Sometimes there is a clear external change. Sometimes the transition is quieter - an inner knowing that the way things have been no longer fits, and something new is asking for attention.

Transition coaching offers a steady, compassionate space to meet these moments without rushing to answers or trying to fix what is not broken.

With over 20 years’ experience as a life coach for women, and having navigated many transitions myself, I bring presence, perspective, and grounded support to our work together. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as clarity emerges, confidence rebuilds, and your next steps begin to take shape.

I see transitions not as problems to overcome, but as meaningful thresholds - invitations into the next expression of your life.

I offer bespoke 1-1 coaching support for women who want a steady, thoughtful space to meet life as it’s unfolding. Our work together is not about fixing or forcing change, but about creating the conditions for clarity, trust, and forward movement to emerge naturally.

You can expect:

Bespoke 1-1 coaching
Regular 60-minute sessions via Zoom, held at a pace that feels supportive rather than demanding. We meet twice a month, for as long as this work feels right for you.

Our sessions weave together practical tools with intuitive, emotional, and reflective support - honouring the psychological, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of transition without losing touch with everyday realities.

A consistent, judgement-free space that helps you stay connected to what matters most, without pressure or expectation to be anywhere other than where you are.

Optional WhatsApp support is available between sessions for those who find that light-touch continuity helpful.
