If you change your mind before RE:SET begins, you may cancel your place and receive a full refund provided you let me know in writing by 16 September 2026.
After 16 September, your place is considered confirmed and payments are non-refundable, as I may not be able to offer your place to another participant at such short notice. If I am able to fill your place before the programme begins, I will refund any payments you have made.
Once RE:SET begins on 26 September 2026, no refunds will be available if you decide to withdraw from the programme. If you have chosen a payment plan, your remaining payments will still be due.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel RE:SET before the programme begins, you will of course receive a full refund of any payments you have made.
